Its been a crazy week at work! I have still been training hard but just havent posted the last 4 sessions!
Monday was heavy legs:
Strength is still holding strong despite the drop in calories. I squated 365 for 6 reps and stiff-deadlifted 315 for 8 reps.
Tuesday was chest and bis:
I could tell that I was low in carbs but I still benched 275 for 6. Towards the end of the workout the stomach really started growling and I was more concerned with finishing up the workout.
Wednesday no resistance training but I did do 30 mins of low intensity cardio combined with 10 HIIT intervals. They kicked my ass but it was good.
Thursday was light legs:
Felt good about this workout because it was very cardio oriented as most of my sets were near 20 reps with minimal rest. Did some posing after this session and I am confident that my glutes will come in for the show! I also did 15 mins of stationary biking low intensity following the session.
Yesterday was back and tri:
Close grip pull up: bwx15, bwx15, bwx13, bwx12, bwx10
Bent over rows: 275x8, 275x8, 225x12, 225x12
Lat pull down: 225x12, 225x10, 205x12
Inverse row: bwx12, bwx12, bwx10, bwx10
Close grip bench: 225x9, 225x8, 225x8, 205x10
Skull crusher: 100x12, 100x10, 100x10, 100x10
This last session was great! Followed it with 10 mins of low intensity cardio and then posing. I may post up some new pics today or tomorrow because I feel I am looking even more lean. My roomate is very impressed with how fast I am leaning out and I feel the same way. Calories are sitting pretty steady around 3000. The posing I did yesterday showed improved striations in chest, better vascularity and I even have some ham/glute starting to show! I have been using purple wrath lately as my amino and even though it tastes like ass I am pretty pleased with the product.
