Flat db press: 55x15, 75x15, 100x12, 110x12, 110x10, 100x10
Incline bb press: 185x12, 185x12, 185x10, 165x10
Cable fly: 60x15, 60x15, 50x15
Hammer curls: 60x14, 65x12, 75x8, 60x12
Barbell curl: 90x14, 100x12, 100x12
Went really controlled on my chest presses and my curls. Felt great and had a real good pump! I may be switching up my routine soon after talking with some of my universities top physiologists....check the training tip thread for that info! Tomorrow is high volume legs!
