Well today I had the intention of doing a light upper day but instead ended up having a "vagina" day, which I think we are all entitled to every now and again. I woke up this morning and my back hurt (sharp pains) like a sob. Maybe from the rack deads or something but my throat was really sore and my head hurt. I think i'm coming down with something and I felt like shit so I just got some blood flowing in the gym but didnt do anything worth posting. Stayed away from back today and did flat db's, db pullovers, db shoulder press, incline db fly, preacher curl, v bar extension, hammer curls, and kickbacks. Didnt see any point in pushing myself when I feel so shitty. I will take tomorrow off and try to get better.
