I was recently advised to join this website and like it alot so far.
I am 20yrs old and have been into BB for about 2 years now. I am 5'9" 185lbs This is my last week my bulk training I normally do the following:
1.Bench pyramid 10repsX135lbs
2. Dumbell Fly's 8X4
3. Incline bench 8X3
4.dumbell bench/cable flys 8X4
1.Narrow Grip Bench 4 setsX6reps
2.Wide Grip curls 4X8
3/4.Super Set Dumbell skullchrushers w/ incline curls 3X8
5. seated overhead dumbell extensions 3X8
6. narrow grip preecher curls 3X8
7. Cable pushdowns 3X8
8. Rope cable curls 3X8
2.Leg Press 3X10
3. Stiff-leg dead lift 3X8
4. Quad extensions 3X25
1.Wide grip pull ups 3X10
3. Dumbell Rows 3X10
4. Rack Pulls 3X8
That's what I got! Love feed back please post suggestions, However the moral of the story is that I am begging to train for a competition that starts in almost exactly 2 months...SO what i'm really looking for is some tips of cutting weight properly and retaining muscle. This is my first ever, I'm a comp. virgin but love setting goals and pushing myself. So let me know what you think and hopefully send some feedback.
