Was gonna ask why you don't seem to do any direct shoulder work but then saw you added overhead press to your routine!
With regard to the pyramidding on bench (or any exercise for that matter). It might be worth trying a coupld of light warm ups then going straight for a couple of main sets rather than wasting energy on submaximal sets! Just a thought! Good log though.
so today i did a new leg work out starting off with squats of course
295X8 w a good spot from the creator
stiff leg dead lift
leg press ext/seated calf raises/calf raises on stairs
3circuts 50 reps each exersice
after this i was pretty dead but i worked on my poses and made a little more progress i also started cycling my carbs 250g-200g-250g-repeat and dropped my cal intake to 2500, i'm shredding fat pretty quick and will probaly post some pics next week
