Im taking about 100mg of deca a week and was woundering if I needed to be using an estrogen blocker. And if so, what is a good kind?

100mg of deca/week? your kidding right?
min dose for deca should be at least 300mg/week.. and deca should never be taken alone,
is this your first "cycle"
