Thus far I can say I am pretty tired. I don't have much time so I have had to really push things with diet and cardio. My weight training is still the same. I do split bodyparts up in the day is I can. Tomorrow I have chest and biceps so I will do one bodypart with my AM cardio and the other with my PM cardio. I am able to keep my intensity level fairly high. Even last night I did 425x9 with barbell rows.
My joints are feeling sore. Tendonitis in my left elbow comes and goes. I just do what I can icing and heating as needed. I also am taking ibuprofen.
Sleeping has been tough. Aches and pains keep me a little restless and the need to use the bathroom from the gallons of water I am drinking. Overall, I do get a nap midday when possible so I am lucky.
I just got the new flavor of Lipotropic Protein by LG Sciences as well: banana. I like it. It takes less water to mix too which is great. I am using all of their products as you might assume.
