read this thread from the start and lol'd everytime hypo posted. original guidelines were
1rm in bench, deadlift or squat. Hypo has posted about 5 times and not one of those lifts. 650lbs calf raises on the leg press for *10 was the highlight lol.

Squat - 180kg (thought i can do 2reps, havent tried to max the 190kg)
Bench - 120kg
Dead - 210kg.
