Hi Guys,
i have a small question about the usage of my Whey-Dextro-Postworkoutshake.
Usually i do 15 -30 mins of cardio after working out. Whats the better time to take it ? Before or after the cardiotraining ?
Thx for help :p

Second that, it depends a bit on your total trainings time. You dont wanna stay too long in a catabolic state. You could always, if you have the time, do your cardio on off days or at least 4 hours (or more) after your weight training

Milk contains casein. Casein is absorbed slowly -> Casein slows the absorption down. After workout you need the protein fast, with raised insulin level caused by the quick carbs. So I would say NO to milk just after workout.

Say if you think I'm wrong, there has been a lot of arguing and conversations about this thing.
