Pics look superb. As has been said back is still a little smooth but with 5 weeks still to go hopefully that won't be an issue. Can't wait to see contest pics.
im maintaining my weight at 180lbs i havent drop a single pound which thats good cuz i look harder n harder every week so i feel just to not over do cardio im gonna start doing it only 30min. in morning on empty stomach then workout hard n intense in afternoon. U think 30min. of cardio a day is enough? i mena i dont wanna deplete too much muscle.
