Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate;
I am the captain of my soul.

as to ur question im not really a calorie/macronutrient counter. i just dont have that attitude. i train hard and eat a shitload of good food. ive been for the most part getting down 5-6 good meals per day, consisting mainly of oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice and whole grain bread for my carbs and chicken, tuna and shakes for my protein, what i really noticed difference from was eating alot of nuts and almonds, really made me fuller and made me gain some good weight. so just been sticking to the best sources of nutrients and tried to be more consistent/ clean with my eating.
as for supplements im using mostly the basics, whey protein, kre alkanyn, BCAA, ZMA and arginine. thats it for the most part.
i was 81 kg when bulkning started(lean) so ive added about 14 kg total. no idea what weight gains per week was, but the best period was in the period around christmas, thats when i felt the gains were most solid and steady.
Joakim, Like i told you on MSN, u have my full respect cause unlike the majority of teens who waste their time on useless crap, you are dedicated in this ultimate sport, focused and that is paying off. Clerarly you are doing a top job and i see awesome gains! Fantastic results bro, evidently excellent genetics which lead to one conclusion: Endless potential!
