well since you called me out, I'll go ahead and comment in here, but do it maturely.
Your arms need to be brought up tons, they lack size and your forearms could use a bit of training as well.
Your middle back is also a weakpoint, it lacks that desirable thickness, same goes for your lat development, get to rowing
Your lat width isn't bad, that's your biggest improvement.
For where your bodyfat is, and comparing that to your show bodyfat I think you could have been a bit stricter on your diet because aside from lat width you haven't progressed much at all except for elevated bodyfat levels.
how much are you weighing now anyway?
keep on truckin, and you'll get where you want to go with time.

1.) if your on gear, it must not be great because as I stated before your gains for the most part have been bodyfat levels :dunnodude:
2.) Arent you only 18 or 19? At your age your gains are already going to be off the charts :dunnodude:
