My sleep problems are coming back again and can barely get 1 hour of sleep without waking up. Today I've only had around 3 hours of solid sleep.

1 hour walk on tred / 5km
45 minutes of boot camp training (Billy Blanks DVD :coolguy:)
2 hours later
3km run (meh, I felt too exhausted and tired to do anymore. I let myself down here.)
The boot camp dvd is basically just circuit training but with resistance bands.
Heres an updated pic, nothing much, just trying out my new camera. I'll be taking loads of pics when I get into the TA.
I didn't diet at all in the last 4 months, I just ate what ever I felt like. Right now I'm eating a chicken sandwich w/ white bread and cheese and a bowl of cereal w/ full fat milk. :linedrunk: I'm thinking of going on an actual diet to see how lean I can get. I'd guess I am around 11-13% bf right now? :dunnodude:

In this new pic you look leaner, like around 9-10% actually. are you pushing your stomach out on purpose?
Anyways, your workouts are insane. You have the lung capacity and endurance of a damn horse! I see a difference for sure in the two pics, you look leaner and harder for sure. With the amount of running you are doing you should/can eat what you want. You don't wanna get too lean and get rid of your bodies longer sustaining energy source.
All that really matters is your strength and endurance andy by the look of your sessions you are there already.

Only had 4 hours of sleep today. I need to catch up on my sleep or my work outs are really going to suffer. I feel like a zombie right now.
1 hour walk on tred @ 6mph
pull up/push up superset. 1 set of pull ups then 1 set of push ups.
5 x 5 pull ups (hammer grip)
5 x 20 close grip push ups
I'm going to go catch up on my sleep today and hit the running/weights hard tomorrow. Expect a brutal cardio workout tomorrow.
