Who here uses bcaa powder or pills?? what do you guys think of them?

I use the powder, the pills are useless as they provide too low a dose. I always get better recovery and my gains come quicker when i use BCAA's before, during and after training. Something like 5g before, 5g during and 5g after in your post-workout drink. Buy a generic bulk BCAA's powder as it's value for money. If money is of no concern try either Activation Xtend or Purple Wrath both are great products.

IMO the caps suck, way too expensive.

For example: Axis Labs BCAA's = $85 (These are decently dosed mind you, some others can contain 100mg of BCAA's per capsule LOL)

shit dude where do you buy your supplements? I pay 20 bucks for 400 caps. Eitherway powder form is always cheaper obviously. I just cant stand the taste. And it mixes like shit. Personal preference really...

I just buy protein from a pharmacy for cheap and bcaa's, flax oil, vitamin c maybe some ZMA's. I don't buy from GNC if thats what you though :ughnoes:

That 85 bucks is the amount it costs at my local gym for that product they have a supplement department their.

20 bucks for 400 caps? what brand is that... and where do you buy it from?

I have over a thousand grams of BCAA powder and I think it's a great thing to have around, especially when you're dieting.
