Yeah as alee` said he misunderstood that "full squat" therm. He knows, I know and pGhi knows that we don't do full squats, but if u ask me my stretchability doesn't give chance to do full squats.

I will do 2 or 3 times in week ABS and calfes! and maybe some biceps! :D
And after all I went jogging (with my girlfriend) 1 hour, and get good sweat!!
About 20min walking and 40 min running :D with low polse between (120-145)
Today was natural shoulder day, but we did do some else exercises between the head excercise.

Standing Calf Raises (Hack):
20x40kg + 20x80kg + 20x110kg + 20x110kg + 25x80kg
THERE WE FOUND HOKE`S BEST EXERCISE !!! GOOD HOKE, YOU ARE THE HARDEST MAN IN CALFS!
Standing Bicep Cable Curl
20x25kg + 12x30kg + 4x10x40kg
Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment
30x30kg + 2x20x30kg + 4x20x45kg
AND Barbell Curl:D
Excercise was good and powerfull torment our bodys.
Today peghi tested in Dumbbel shouldrer press weight 28.5kg and that was amazing experience he get 4-6 serie!! GOOD PEGHI !!!
Every place on my body is like raped :D Shoulders, arms, and ABS are on fire!
NO PAIN, NO GAIN!!!! That is my motto! :linedrunk:

Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip
20x25kg + 2x10x55kg + 3x8-10x85kg + 6x95kg (first 3 was own, then peghi helped little (forced))
Incline Dumbbell Press
2x8x23.5kg + 2x8x33.5kg (maybe next time I will get one bigger weights)
And rest of all I worked with me calves at evening :D:D
We got good exercise today, no broblems :D
