If you arn't doing a show, it may be more effective to lower your carbs down 100 grams for the upcoming week and go from there. It is rather drastic to completely drop your carbohydrates and raise fat. Instead, try one week where you split your carbs in half and raise your fats to an effective number.

almost done with all of my meals of the day

meal1:5 eggs
meal2:skyr
meal3:pre workoutshake and 2 tbs pb
meal4:post workoutshake and 2 tbs pb
meal5:fish and 2 tbs olivio oil
meal6: skyr and 2 tbs olivio oil not done eating this meal tho

i´ve had 2 cups of white tea

^^yeah you are going to have to take some sort of fiber supplement. Just make sure you are getting your soluble and in-soluble fiber in the diet somehow.

Getting fiber would be good.. but no cheese. Stick to the diet to the T or else it will not work. Good luck buddy :xyxthumbs:

u get one cheat meal a week, dave said u can have whatever u want. but it is one meal only, and it should be your last meal of the day the same day every week. No restrictions. Cheese is to be kept at a inimum in this deit bc it is mucus formiing
