Hey guys I didn't know this because I'm a noob. I just found out I have a minor tendonitis in my right bicep tendon. If you get it, don't let it wait a year like me. I found out that strengthening your forearms will help this recover quicker. i didn't know that. So when after you do your lay-off for 2 weeks, start light and really get a good forearm isolation.
Didn't know where to put this,so I just put it in here for anyone who might not know. Pce.
