Today was hellish. I got barely any sleep last night and had no energy. My lower back was feeling well-overworked at the end of the sesh and was cramping like a motherfucker. To make things worse I decided to superset my squats with 4 x 8 x bw pullups. I almost blacked out unloading the bar afterwards and still have the shakes 6hrs later...
