btw, when u get back home, and is able to start training consistently again... how about trying something new. im thinking marathons? 42 km jogging on asfaltxD now doesent that sound like alot of fun?:p

Hit the gym last week for the first time in over a month. Just worked up to some sub-max numbers on the big 3 and some assistance work. I'm still paying for it 3 days later... never ever taking time off ever again.
Hit 3 x 150kg on the squat and 3 x 140kg on the bench then repped out 100kgs on both for 10 and 8 respectively. Pulled a 200kg single on my second attempt, had grip failure on the first. All done raw-dog. Supersetted hanging reverse crunches and pullups for 3 sets then had to call it a day before I ended up unconscious on the floor in a mess of my own shit, piss and puke. I am so unfit right now.
Starting 5/3/1 when I get hooked up at a gym back in Oz and hoping to get myself back on track right away.
