That left side tricep is terrible. :49:

It's too bad you didn't have any confidence in hitting it right on stage, because when you do hit it right it looks just as good as your right.

Look at the last set of pictures, especially that side chest shot looks like a picture taken by Andre the Giant. That's why I usually get down near the ground when I take your pictures.

This side tricep is much better. You always have a knack to leave your arm too far back from your body. I just think you need to practice it more.

Once again you kept your elbow tucked in, it looked fine to me on stage but it may have looked better if you popped em out. Who knows, maybe you brought them out on stage.

nice comparion shots joey....those side tricep comparions def. make it a lot easier to see what i'm doing wrong from my left...idk why i have that problem but it will def. be perfected...obviously the same w/ the standing MM

The photo on the left shows may show his tri off better (may im undecided) the photo on the right shows that he still has good tris but his chest is a lot more open showing the thickness of his other muscles in this pose. Which one are you saying is better? I say the photo on the right

Thickness of his other muscles? lol, what other muscles??

No, the reason why his chest looks thicker from the left side is because his left pec is much thicker than his right. This left side tricep is one of the better shots of it after spending a lot of time improving it for a week, but it's still not good enough. He's keeping his tricep too far away from his body, not giving himself a chance to use his lats to push out his tri.

I have no problem with him keeping his arm a small distance away from his pec on his left, since his pec is thick enough to handle itself without showing too much space. However, his right arm has to be straight up and down, his pec is too small on his right do anything different.

Seriously, your eye for when doing correct posing, or perfecting it more is amazing
overtime, i can see Turk, owning every competition with posing everytime
music etc everything, and Flex, your a training God

Yea, when the body presses up against the tricep, it does look more massive and thick..awesome pics.
