Well boys got the videos. I didn't wind up recording my workout because we were so focused on getting the videos lol.
and 580- at this point I know my form went bad so I got mad at myself. It wasn't terrible but I know I'm capable of much better form. I think sometimes I like to place too much of an emphasis on driving my hips forward.

Thanks bro. lol knee wraps are a life saver for me. Tore meniscus last summer and tore mcl during the season, so for me to go without those would be a medical risk I wouldnt want to take.
