Im having a pretty harsh time increasing the weight
as of now i've been trying to add 5lbs a week to bench press to get at least 3reps at the last set with the added increased weight
as of now, i tried out 170 for 0, but drop setted back to 165 for 4 reps...
i don't quite understand how to increase weights for bench pressing
i need some serial help. super serial !
