top three:

back width: reverse grip chin, rack chin, wide grip chin/pulldown

Back thickness: rack deadlift, reverse grip row, old school t-bar row with the oly bar jammed in the corner!

hope that helps

Second that. Chins for width, deads for thickness

Rack deads and chins ftw
Add some bb rows with overhand and undergrip also.

from my own experience, barbell rows with overhand grip for upper back thickness, deadlifts for lower back thickness and underhand chins and overhand pulldowns to the front for width.

Sure :)

Back width

Deadlifts and all variations (rack, sumo, etc), compound rows and all variations (Bent over, t-bar, heavy cable), and compound vertical pulling (chin ups, pull ups, same with lat pulldown cables, all variations).

Back thickness

Refer to "Back width" exercises

also its important that you perform these exercise correctly and transfer the weight onto the back muscles, nice and controlled full range reps! get stronger over time keeping good and eating good and you are doing all you can do!
