its the same principle though because both leg curls and leg extensions isolate a certain area of your leg and pre-exhaust although one targets quads and the other hamstrings it's the same basic principle as to when you should do them in your workout
I love the pump because when the pump arrives it's better than cumming. And because I really like working out a lot, it's like I'm cumming all day.

dude heavy ass squats!!! all the way down till you cant go any lower, also for hamstrings like everyone else said stiff leg d/l and theres this one exercise i do thats very old school i dont really know thw name but its great for hamstrings, lay down on a bench on your belly and have a partner put a dumbell between your feet hold it together and go all the way down for the stretch and up till your lega are at a 90 degree angle, hope it works for you. good luck
