i am gonna start this program next week but befor i doo i wana no wut use all think or any suggestions

day1 - chest, shoulders, triz

incline db press, flat bb press, decline db pree

side lateral db raise, db shoulder press

bw dips, roped press downs

day2 - bak, traps, biceps

deadlifts, bent over bb rows, cable rows, wide grip pulldowns

db shrugs, rear delt raises

db curls, preacher curls

day 3 - legs

squats, leg press

lunges, one legged curls

calf raises

day 4 - rest

day 5 - chest, shouldaz, tris

incline bb press, db flat press, decline bb press

cable laterals, bb militari press

skull crusher, close grip bench

day 6 - back, traps, biceps

wide grip pulldowns behind neck, cg pullups, one arm dumbell rows

rear delt raises, bb shrugs

bb curls, concentration curls

day 7 - legs

front squats, hack squats

lunges, one legged curls

calf raises

day 8 rest

day 9 start from day 1

push/pull/legs is pretty good frequency so not bad. It is a lot of volume though. How many sets and what rep schemes you doing?

i would add one exercise for hamstrings on day three and day 7 so u have like 2.

Looks good from their bro i would do 3 sets per exercise max though including the warm up

too much volume, too many workouts per week, unless your on gear i cant see this producing strong gains for too long!

I agree with KR its a bit much. 4 days a week should be more than enough

ummm i was finkin 3 sets max for upper body 6-15 reps, and 3-4sets on legs for 10-??? how eva manii i can ddo, currentli am not on gear n not goin to b, soo a three day split no good ??

looks like good exercise choices but I would add in more rest because as others have said it will probably not give you good results unless you have some amazing recovery

Anyways, looks okay, I agree with BigBen. Try this for around 4-6 weeks, then drop down to working out 3x a week or so and recharge your batteries, so to speak.
