Philosopher- Thanks man, unfortunately for legs I can't do super sets or I end up puking, I have a really weak stomach when it comes to legs I have to eat at least 3 hours before a work out take good breaks between sets. It's a real bummer the only thing i can really supper set are leg extensions and curls

RockyThank you i'm trying to keep the wieght as high as i can the super sets get tyring but I love em! i think i might run some epidrol soon so that should help with how much weight i'm throwing around. ps i just saw your pull up video I will definitely use that more proper form next mondat;) lol

Today was pretty weak. I apologize, something about stiffies just get my heart going and my stomach nauseas, after my sets I felt like puking and my legs were shaking. I love what this left does for my hams and glutes but idk how much longer I can keep doing it, should I move that lift to the end of my workout doing high reps and lower weight or is there any other lift that will really tear up my hams and glutes? heavy leg press?? any who here is todays

Finally lined my schedule up with bitchass vagine clittycreator so i was able to get a good spot on squats
I finally figure out why I puked almost every time I did a leg workout and thats that almost every set i was doing to failure, so today i did much lower reps and more weight and i didn't get sick until i went to failure on my stiffies.
Best I've ever felt about squats, I also took the precautions of eating 3 hours before, no stimulants, and full hydration.
I had a avulsion fracture on my ishial tuberosity (broke my hip) about 3.5 years ago and it's a very slow healing injury, these sumos really seemed to aggravate it so i switched to stiff leg deads

Today was the best leg day i've had in a while despite re-tweaking my hip! I will see how it feels thursday for light legs and back but i might have to take it easy it was a really painful injury with alot of recovery time that i really don't wanna go through again.
Just for an update the hip is feeling much better! should be at full strength next week, it just kinda scared me yesterday cuz the injury started out small and then I completely separated the bone. Any way i had a damn dentist appt today so i had to squeeze my workout into about a 35min window.
