As far as pullups go, i cant do them for shit, but ive been tryin really hard. i might do them twice a week to give them a kick in the arse
solid deads bro:D bb rows looking good too as for the pullups, just remember to keep ur form tight and have a set number of total reps u wanna complete in ur workout and ull see them come up. like u do 3 sets and set ur goal at 15 total pullups, next time ure gonna get 16:) i remember that worked for me the first time i started out with em.

Seated Calf raise (it levers differently, so the weights are smaller than usual)
Im happy with how i was squatting, the rest i took last week seems to have helped, cus my lower back didnt cramp up. Goodmornings dont feel like the burn the hams to much, but once you take the weight off your back you can definately feel it.
