^ I know what u mean by lack of training because of being busy and also by lack of training making u stressed. Like you said though start hitting some rocky calibre pb's and you'll feel better :)

Finished up after this....
I get major cramps from seated leg curls, I was gonna do goodmornings, And i would have if my boxers hadnt split, but i didnt particularly like being in the gym bare arsed and i didnt want people getting a good look at my delicates...
im gonna start wearing pants when i squat or thick shorts, because my [spoiler] Balls [/spoiler] make a round shape when i squat down
other then that great leg workout bro!
