20 minutes cross trainer = approx 200 cal
20 minutes swimming (cals unknown)
Kinda pissed i failed on the 140kg, but it didnt ruin my workout at all, I think it was the fact that I thought my pants were splitting HAHA Something odd happened on the cross trainer machine, and it wasnt keeping time.. but it kept my cals... i dunno, im pretty sure i did around 20mins.

Squat failure blows doesn't it. I wish I trained with a partner in those cases. Someone who could assist me with the rep rather than me having to drop down and roll it over my head.

Happy with deads... form felt great... I wish my gym let me use chalk though I was really pressed for time, I didnt get to do traps and I wish i was able to do more sets of bench rows. Despite all this, it felt like a good workout!
