I havnt done T-bar rows in awhile, but they felt great! Back isnt quite worked as well as usual, but im trying really hard to get my grip to catch up to mu back strength. Its just something im gonna have to deal with for the time being.

Despite the PB with the front squats.. i could have done a couple more reps, but the bar slipped off my shoulders
I could have done more weight with the goodmornings, but i havnt been doing them for long so im still not to confident on testing my limits just yet.
