Years Training:11 years, since I was 15.

Current Program Description:5-day split consisting of Chest, Legs/Tris, Rest, Back/Traps, Shoulders/Bis.

Supplementation?:Protein, Creatine and Aminos (at least it will stay like this if my fucking order turns up, stupid DHL)

Favourite Exercise:Bench Press - its mostly an ego thing, I've always been good at it.

Least Favourite Exercise:Anything for abs - ab pain is the worst.

Favourite Bodypart:Forearms - mine are stellar and always have been even without specifically training them. Probably due to my short arms.

Least Favourite Bodypart:I'll just say my gut - there's gotta be abs under there somewhere...

Favourite Muscle Group To Train:Chest - It responds well and I love the muscle pump afterwards.

Least Favourite Muscle Group To Train:Abs - ouch!

Strongest Muscle Group:Chest - probably because I used to train it so much as a beginner trainer.

Weakest Muscle Group:Comparatively it would have to be legs, I can bench 145kg for 1 rep but I can also only do a few of the same weight in squats.

Favourite Exercise For Each Muscle Group?

Legs:Squats - its the best.
Chest:Bench Press - ditto
Back:Wide-grip Pullups - I'm really trying to get mega-wide lats, Franco style, and I just love doing them.
Delts:Db Shoulder Press - best response from these too.
Biceps:Ezy-bar Curl - its where I can go the heaviest.
Triceps:Weighted Dips - the best muscle response.
Calves:Standing Calf Raises - pretty much the only option at my gym.
Abs:Reverse Crunches - if something hurts so much it has to be working, right?

Cardio?:Most days after workouts - 30-60mins of mixed cycling, crosstraining, treadmill.

Do you train alone or with a partner?:Alone - I yearn for a good steady trianing partner.

Strongest Muscle Group: all, most impressive probably chest or legs

Weakest Muscle Group: don't really have one, size would be calves they are big but not compared to the rest of me

Years Training: almost 3 years, first year doesent count though, all i did was consentration curls and flies, and ate like shit

Current Program Description: 5 split: chest day one, day 2 would be back and traps, day 3 would be legs, day 4 delts, triceps and maybe alittle extra for upper chest and day 5 is deadlifts and bicep. heavy on compound exercises, mixing between rep ranges, controlled negative, but explosive consentric.

Supplementation?: multivitamin, whey protein, horse power creatine, BCAA capsules+ extra vitamin C(im a believer in its healing powers):keke:

Favourite Exercise: Bent over barbell rows

Least Favourite Exercise: anything for abs sucks

Favourite Bodypart: Back, cuz its my strong point and i enjoy training it

Least Favourite Bodypart: mhm, im not happy with my chest yet, and i want more arms.

Cardio?: offseason i rarely do it, maybe twice a week mostly just taking a mountain trip. now when im cutting i do cardio 5 times per week, 30-45 minutes on the incline treadmill.

Do you train alone or with a partner?: mostly alone, every blue moon my training partner shows up.
