I seem to vaguely remember reading somewhere that it took Kevin alot of work to get small; no training at all, restricted diet, etc.
Maybe it was on bodybuilding.com or musclemayhem, can't remember which.
Yeah I remember reading that too. Apparently he dedicated like two years of his life on a restricted diet and hardcore cardio to get way down, which is pretty evident here. Atleast we know he got to this point by his will.
