freako- yea i just remembered now thanks to you i was a little outta it that day lol, i trained with my buddy today, i am bigger than him and more muscular, but hes 28 im 19 he has a bit more strength than me cause my shoulder was hurting a bit but we're pretty much the same strength in chest everything else im stronger especially deadlift and squats, hes on test E and deca and im on test c and equipoise

i couldnt log anything yesterday my computer was messed up, i really dont remember every weight and rep, but i was deadlifting i attemped 460(i could never get before) i brought it up twice and locked it out, i was so happy. my back didnt hurt at all, i did it sumo. and today i didnt sleep again and just went to the weightroom, did legs got a nice pump, on leg extentions, i was doing it nice and slow holding it for a few seconds at the top(btw i saw a vein on my quad!!)
I know how you feel, I've had a workmate say that. My response was " NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!". My wife also said that "my legs were looking really good, maybe because my calves had go skinnier", I could have cried, although I think she meant that they were getting more defined as I built the muscle up.
honestly the weight doesnt move but i feel bigger, harder, i got more strides, more veins, that was all the past few weeks, i am losing alot of water, i know im not gonna gain 20 pounds but what i do gain its gonna be solid muscle. right now i feel bigger like now its starting to kick in real nice, last week i deadlifted 460, went up 30 pounds, this week ima attempt 500lbs im pull that shit up hard lol(hypoop ima jam to some journey for this one haha) i will post before and after pics i got pictures from the first week, after the 10th week ima take better ones cause those came out shitty. ill keep you posted on it, also ima have a camera so if i get the deadlift ima get a picture of it lol, tomorrow im hoping to have a good chest workout without any pains, i wanna pull some heavy reps tomorrow and do some negatives, that will be posted around 1430
