currently im weighing about 203, im 5'10 19 years old, currently training in Miami, Fl, going to Baltimore Maryland in august. ive been training since i was 15, weighing 112lbs. got to about 185 at about junior year in highschool, then decided to join the marine corps so i ran alot and went down to my natural bodyweight which was 155, i was gone for a long time got a combat related disability discharge, so i came home in NOV of 07 started working in the gym i trained in before. by jan 08 i was at 170 and now 203, my goal is to make it to 230. i competed when i was 15 in some local show. got 1st outta 3 in the light weight teen class. i was not happy the way i looked so now im not gonna compete until im heavy and looking good, decided to start a log to keep track of my progress. please if theres something i should change feel free to correct me, just dont be a asshole about it, i take criticism quite well, just dont push it. thanks alot

damn that sounds really painful. For that to happen you still had a great workout there man, you got a lot of stuff done. Good weights on all your presses. Does your shoulder still hurt now or no?

Hey man, good to see you've started a log. Great weights! Just a comment on the volume, you could quite easily lose a couple of exercises. Probably declines and definitely front raises. You're doing so much front delt work with your chest exercises that front raises would be superfluous.

hey bro, immense weights ure throwing around on the presses:2: cool to see a new log.

i agree with El freako about the volume, ur killing urself totally, i dont know if ure a natty or not, but either way i still think ure doing too much, and im a volume trainer! ure doing 40 sets in one workout! and well over 30 of those are just for chest and shoulders. and also, u train chest and shoulders twice a week, man i have no idea how u recover. i would either cut back to doing chest and shoulders by themselves once a week for 10-15 total sets each. or if ure gonna do em twice a week i would only do 6-8 sets each time. i would skip the front raises, skip either the decline or flat bench, skip 2-3 of the flyes sets. and also why are u doing flat db press after having done flat bb press? i would skip one of those too:) just my two cents, i think u would actually benefit from changing the your whole split around.

i agree dude, but i used to train everything one a week and it was too much time inbetween, i wasnt feeling it at all, i do agree i have some workouts i have to take off and, but i have to keep everything twice a week, if not i feel like im wasting my time, im making a note of everything and at the end of the week ima put it all together for next week, thanks alot dude.

Hey man great fuking ponudages!!

Them barbell rows u didnt pyramid up u just did 4 sets of 10? i still think your doing too many sets pal. i mean why not just do a couple of warm-ups, maybe 3 on the compounds and then just one more all out set to failure. instead of doing 4 sets to failure.

i really dont know how u recover man lol

but nontheless, you lift very big, nice one pal :2:

thanks alot bro, idk man i think i recover quite fast lol, sometime i think i need more in a week, i couldnt pyramid the barbell rows man cause my back was killing me i just wanted to get a good stretch on my lats and a nice squeeze, thats why i did sumo deadlifts, my back is getting alot better im happy lol, today was a great day i had an awesome pump, i was practicing my posing and it looked quite well, i have to work on my upper chest alot i dont like the way it looks, and i want better calves gotto hit it alot harder, on friday(next back day) ima do lat pulldowns and cable rows and all the good stuff, anyways thanks alot man creating this log has motivated me alot more
