When do you train your arms?

Most common variations
-Tri's with chest, bi's with back
-bi's with Chest, Tri's with back
-Bi's with chest, Tri's with shoulders
-Arm day only


I personlly right now am doing tri's with chest and bi's with back.

i do tris with chest/shoulders. and i do bis twice a week, with back and with legs.

I vary, and lots of times do not even train arms while relying on indirect stimulation.

But if I do I will train them I will go with my schedule and how I feel. Some examples or what I mix them with:
chest/bi's, shoulders/tris
arms with shoulders
chest/tris, shoulders/bis

i devote a full day to training arms (bis, tris and shoulders). sometimes ill add in some forearms but rely on indirect stimulation most of the time

my biceps suck, so I train arms on their own day, but I used to to back/tris and shoulders/bis.

if your biceps suck, then train them with a bigger bodypart... like with legs. more test goin throguh your body then :xyxthumbs:

yeah man, the bigger the bodypart you train the more testosterone is released. This is one reason why upper/lower splits work well.

so if i did my legs and say shoulders on the same day, id see more gains in my shoulders due to working them with a bigger body part?

its very possible yes... but youve also gotta keep your diet in check... you can have as much test as possible in your system but you wont see any gains with out a solid diet :xyxthumbs:

my only problem would be my nutrition, im at work 8 hrs a day during the daylight hours so i usually end up getting fast food. i actually started a thread about what i should bring to work for lunch cus im done with that fast food garbage

take your own food with you to work in a book bag or something and spread the meals out

what kind of food though? like i said in my thread, the place i work at only has a microwave and no fridge so i have to be careful of hat i bring so it doesnt go bad before i can eat it

stop trying to hijack the thread but bodybuilding is a lifestyle your going to have to cook your own meals and it wont go bad within 8 hours
