I know i haven't been posting that much but here are sum recent bulking pics taken last night :tiphat:, i weighed 230lbs yesterday morning and my bulk has been going really well (i'll actually post my bulking diet later)....i even put some leg pics up even though i had to take 2.5 months off training legs becuz of my knee, but i have trained them for the past 2 weeks and my knee has felt great so o well....:xyxthumbs:

Squats 495 x 6 (took 2.5 months off quads and only 2 weeks back into it)

Stiff legged Deadlifts 405 x 6

Flat BB bench 345 x 3

Incline BB Bench 315 x 5

Incline DB Bench 160's x 3-5

Decline BB Bench 345 x 5

Overhand Bent over rows 425 x 4

T-Bar Rows 8plts x 11 (filled whole bar)

Deadlift 455 x 4 (end of back workout)

BB Military Press 275 x 4

DB Military Press 135's x 5-6

BB Shrugs
605 x 6

DB Shrugs 180's x 30 (highest DB in gym)

Close grip bench 335 x 2-3

Reverse grip bench 315 x 4-5

legs defiantly need work :ugh:....as i put i haven't been able to train quads for the past 2.5 months or so becuz of an injury to my left knee but i have just started back to training quads (for the past 2 weeks) and my knee has felt great so hopefully i can start blasting my quads now to get them to explode!!! :uhoh2: :tiphat:

So are those the only excercises you do cuz if you are im guessing your sticking to a old school compound movement type of training technique, because thats what it looks like an its working

Zoknat your vids are defiantly a big hand in my bulk now and were even a bigger hand during my diet...they get me so dam fired up for the iron :tiphat:

i guess i'm enjoying it, just trying to keep my strength gains coming and slowly put on weight....i've still been hitting back twice a week in hopes that my lats will grow so i guess we'll just see what happens :xyxthumbs:
