My outlook on this is
1. I would go with test E and inject twice a week. Learn when it spikes in your bloodstream and try to setup your injections and workouts around that. It helps a little.
2. I am not a Nolva only pct fan. I don't believe that it is good enough here. I would go with Clomid over Nolva. Once of my gym buddies who has been on for over 20 years on and off gave me a bunch of info on why its the better options. I wish my dumb ass didn't throw it out.
3.Quad injections are the way to go, at least for me. I can't reach my glutes good enough and they don't hurt at all if you know what your doing. I also like Side delt and tricep injections. Haven't injected my Bi's in a while but they used to be a favortie until I started to get ripped up and notice all the viens I had to dodge.
4. Prop V. E... Well I would have to say E simply because unless you live with the guy you are shooting up, EOD injections become a pain in the ass trying to get him to shoot you up. What if he goes out of town or something? Also you will have to rotate more sites, they will be sore. You will be going through 4 sites instead of 2 a week and I like to give the sites at least a week off from shooting if possible.

having never used prop i can only give you my opinion and not my personal experience.
however there is a reason i have never used it. i don't see the reason to use something i would have to inject very frequently (and is more painful) when something like cypionate or enthanate does exactly the same thing. i can see the merit in it if you are an advanced cycler and you want to use it just to change compounds/esters, but for someone like yourself and this being your first one, i really wouldn't recommend it, purely from a convience standpoint. from a gains/results standpoint it's great (you can't beat test!).
