Any pointers would be greatful flex,
when i used to do a front relaxed, i used to inhale my midsection to bring up my chest and lats out wider.
but was told to breathe out and crunch the abs

this one looks alot better compared to the one we are talking about.
Because you're focusing on abs, it takes away from your chest and lats. Just look at your picture from 8 weeks out, it looks like your chest sinks into your body.
I think one of the biggest mistakes bodybuilders make is focusing too much on abdominals in several poses; they don't realize how much it takes away from the rest of your physique.
