abs are starting to show, 12 weeks out is somewhat far but alot can happen. dont slip up :)

Your back is undoubtedly your strong point so you'll know doubt be doing a lot of back shots at the show. Others have mentioned your weak points which would be difficult to fix at this stage but you'll seriously lose points if you can't get the fat of the thighs. Up the leg cardio.
Are you doing low, medium or high intensity ??
I might have missed it but what's your diet like, have you adjusted since you began your prep ??
