anyone know where i could find nutrition facts for foods that do not contain nutrition facts on them?
(ex: potatoes, restaurant food, EVERYTHING ELSE, etc.)
all help appreciated

To be honest dude, your best bet is to just google whatever you're trying to look up for nutrition. I always go to this website: http://www.nutritiondata.com/ for some facts. But I also just google something if I need it. Hope this helps!
