How do you guys feel about Arginine? Does it have side effects? Does it really help that much? Is it worth taking?

Take 6-12g post workout. In junction with your high GI/GL carbs and whey.
I'm in favor of arginine, especially over an N.O formula like superpump, explode, etc. More pure and significantly more cost effective. As far as it's effectiveness, it will work. The extent to which it works is entirely decided by the individual. You will get a pump. Mass differences due to the nutrient uptake won't be too showy.
Personally, I used an N.O synthesizer for focus more than all. Finally I stopped using it. No usual sides, unless you think your tough and OD :keke:
