BB Lunges ( gym floor lenght, it ends up being 12 - 15 reps each leg)- 20kg x 3 sets
leg extensions 60 kg x 12 / 65 kg x 8 /65kg x 8
DB Stiffs - 35 kg x 12 / 40kg x 8 / 40 kg x8
GHR - BW 8 reps x 2 sets
