Keeping it mild in the mps, not making every effort to progress in it due to how my left shoulder felt today, nothing special still managed to push pretty in the other presses.
Strong session, bro. Just out of curiosity, is it really nessecary to do 3 pressing movements for shoulders? I'd only stick with one.

After I started training this way my delts responded really well, they're one of my best body parts.
I probably would say use only one or two for most guys, I've tried doing only one, two and three.
I got the most out of doing three so I'm sticking to it.
Pressing is the main way to built your shoulders and chest imo.
