some calves and abs. did the leg raise with the twists for the first time got 10 reps in it and it's a very cool exercise, tough but cool.

DB incline . 42kg x 7 / 42kg x 5 / 42kg x 5
Db flat - 47kgx 5 / 52kg x 2 (shabby) but a (PB)
Chest press - 120kg x 7 / 120kg x 6
Dips - +20kg x 5 / +20kg x 5
Db curl - 30kg x 6 (PB) / 30kg x 5 / 30kg x 5
BB EZ - 50kgx6 / 55kg x 4
DB hammer (standing) - 35kg x 7 (PB) / 35kg x 5
Dam feeling good today, first the Pb in te bench, then just for the sake of feeling it and cause I had done the 47x4 in good motion decided to try the 52kg for the first time wich is the last pair of db's in my gym, two shabby reps hahah but felt good the db's are big as fuck had trouble balancing them, but alright loolol
