I haven't updated Natzo's lair cause strenght phase ended and i'm back to more reps and volume for another 6-8 so that means lighter way and boring logs.... still I'll update it once a week with the best workout. they're not that boring actually, I just don't write heavy weights.. you know like Pickle?s log.
