I have to say this was the best Leg workout in my life! I felt the muscles working really hard, lot of PB's, and a hell of a pump during and after! I couldn't even walk straight!

I'll start to say that one of the reasons I'm leaving my current gym is because of their shitty mother fucking Leg press: (it's similar to this )
But the thing is, the seat doesn't make a a 90 degree angle with the pad !! more like 45 !! And when you're pushing the wheight you tend to be spit backwards !!! when I was in my second warm up with 240 kg that I'm able to do relativly easy I almost hurt my self! cause I may have seated a bit too close to the edge, during the exercise I was feeling that the more I pushed the more I was being spit, I tried to lock but I could't I was too far away santawhat so I had to lay down the pad with my knees almost touching my chin, and somehow managed to get out of there! madsanta
it is needless to say that I was pissed off!! I could't concentrate more. And that was the end of good workout so far... after some leg extensions with the whole stack the blood was floating really nice.. then the shit happened in the leg press.. I managed to do the squats though but I drop my usual weight did my all out set with 100 kg. My head was not there anymore. I went straight home cursing the damn press and the mother fucking Gym!
THAT'S THE RESULT WHEN YOU TRY TO CHANGE A GYM FROM BB TO HEALTH CLUB! YOU SELL GOOD EQUIPMENT AND SPENT A FORTUNE IN SHIT!
(I stopped the leg press in the second warm-up, to put that fucker up again you have to unload all the weight!! -----So I didn't---- the gym owner can spend his night trying to put the fucker up! who cares it fucked my workout!) FUCK
