Squat- 2Wu / 100kg x 9 / 120 kg x 5 / 120kg x 5 (I want MOAR!, did too many WU one was good.. it took some streght.. )

Well I need to explain this..some call it Heath curls, I call it Diogo's curls. I don't believe in alternated curls.. well not has much has one arm at a time..so what I do with Biceps is that I concentrate in constant tension and going to failure and beyond, just because of the nature of the muscle and bicep exercises. so I split the set, for example if I want to do about 8 reps total I choose a weight that I'm going to strugle for 6 reps one arm only then do other 6 reps on the other and then I try to do more with the other ( usually if I only do 6 I can get 2 more = 8 it's kind one arm at the type with rest pause, but he other arm does it's reps while i'm rest pausing the other..
let's say that all this curls are one arm at the time. not convencionally alternated.

Did reverse curls bt concentrating in the forarms.. not going up all the way...
