This is what i ate at work
2 Protein plus Power bar bars 23grams of protein per bar
a whole box of Whitecastle cheese burgers. 64oz of chocolate milk
VPX black pearl drink. muscle milk Shake.
Being I don't know your body type, I can't really have an impacting "say". However, physiologically it's not possible. Either you're in a caloric surplus or you're in a caloric deficit. Maintaining is fine, but that's boring and pointless unless you're time strapped or have another engagement.
I'd suggest a clean bulk whilst keeping your lines. This might mean you employ 1-2 days/wk of moderate intensity cardio and/or it can be a diet emphasizing the following:
Complex carbs throughout entire day (excluding morning and post workout).
Saturated fat intake from sources as only a byproduct (so not much pizza and shit foods).
That simple bra. Eating clean, but in excess. Does this make sense?
