Hey, going take some more mass gainer
i quit my 5x5 routine, its to hectic on my body and before work it sucks
going to a FB routine 1 to 2 times a week, while incorporating deads and squats with 5x5 type principles.
going to have some oats after i shower, and something else
another 1/4 serving of my mass gainer too
Im checking out some of these electric ones with bf reading capabilities..
seems like a gimmick though.
today i had to eat
went to subway
had a foot long prime rib only meat and cheese
large root beer, chips
then 2 and 1/3 scoops of whey
around 68-70grams in that serving of protein..
might make some eggs soon. also some apple sauce unsweetened
