that 64oz of light egg nog i had at work (drank it all, chugged it)
16servings, 140 cals per serving = 2,240 cals.
did notice more pumps, and veins got bigger and more
mostly on my legs, arms, chest veins etc.
i did gain around 6+lbs. right now pct is going alright, going to lower it now to 80mg.
right now im drinking egg nog (non fat free/light) 16 servings 210cals per serving, 6grams protein per serving , 3,360calories total. then some oatmeal, and bag of steamed veggies.
